Rebecca Helms grew up in Montgomery and attended Trinity Presbyterian School Kindergarten through 12th grade.  Upon graduation from Trinity, Rebecca attended Auburn University Montgomery, obtaining a Bachelors of Liberal Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications.  She then attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where she earned a Masters of Christian Education.  Rebecca then worked with the Georgia Baptist Association and North American Mission Board on temporary internships and assignments.  After returning to Montgomery, she returned to her alma mater ,Trinity Presbyterian School and taught  for 11  years, creating a Middle School Public Speaking Class, taught 9th and 10th grade Bible, 8th grade History, High School and Middle School Speech and Debate, coached tennis, and Youth in Government Sponsor.  She came to Montgomery Christian School October, 2017.  She is currently pursuing a degree in Christian School Administration from Byan College.
